HPS Engineering Program
A property may have the finest food and the most luxurious linens, but if the lights don’t shine and plumbing doesn’t flow it is all for naught. HPS recognizes the importance of the engineering category and the expense associated with maintaining elite properties up to code. Many of our member properties are complex, large and often historical, creating a unique set of engineering challenges. Further, HPS understands the difficulties many engineering departments face when it comes to balancing budgetary constraints and the HPS Engineering Program provides our members with access to all of the maintenance, repair and operational supplies (MRO) to maintain their properties, as well as the corresponding expertise to ensure the best solutions are available to property engineers to maintain buildings and properties in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
Uniform
The HPS Engineering Uniform Program provides members with access to a variety of Engineering Uniforms either for direct purchase or rental.
● Uniforms can be customized with property or employee names, if so desired.
MRO Supplies
No hospitality category is as complex as the Engineering MRO category. The HPS MRO Program works with our distribution and manufacturer contracted partners to develop an order guide that reflects the exact needs of each property. If volume warrants, inventory and ordering can be executed and automated by our contracted suppliers.
Light Bulb, Battery & Filter
Shine some light on unnecessary expense by transitioning to the HPS Light Bulb, Battery & Filter Program. With manufacturer and distributor contracts, HPS members can minimize this expense, as well as consolidate this volume behind a single distribution point.
PTAC
Put a freeze on overspending. Seva members have access to highly leveraged pricing on PTAC units to meet the specifications and environmental requirements of any property.
Pest & Bed Bug
Nothing is as damaging to your property's reputation than a bed bug or pest control issue. The HPS Pest & Bed Bug Program is designed to not only provide best-in-nation pricing on these services, but also to standardize treatment behind industry best practices and ensure 24 hour emergency service turn-around.
● Guaranteed 15% savings for most hotel properties over pre-Seva program.
● Supplier Service Guarantee includes reimbursement for 1 night's stay or meal plus an additional 1 night's stay or meal for any rodent sighting by a property guest.
● 90 day guarantee ensuring that Supplier will retreat any area within 90 days should a pest control issue develop or continue.
● The HPS Bed Bug solution ensures a 24 hour turnaround on any bed bug infestation, along with significant guarantees to ensure the problem is resolved.

Quality Assurance & Safety
The HPS Pest & Bed Bug Program is monitored by an independent third-party that audits chemicals used, concentrations, equipment and service rotations/frequency at a random group of Seva properties.

HPS provides members with access to Floor Mat Programs through either direct purchase or rental. With the direct purchase option, members will own the mats and maintain internally. With the rental program, a contracted Seva Supplier will service the mats on a rotation agreed to with the property.
