The HPS Rooms Chemical Program also provides HPS members with access to a line of leading chemicals for use by housekeeping staff to maintain and sanitize your rooms and facility, all at highly leveraged pricing.
● The HPS Housekeeping & Laundry Chemical Program guarantees a minimum savings of 15% over the pre- HPS chemical supplier for all members.
● This savings guarantee enables property personnel to ensure that they can adjust chemical concentrations as they see fit without reducing savings.
● The HPS Chemical Program is designed and coordinated with the HPS In-Room Textile Program to ensure the right chemicals, concentrations and temperatures are used for the corresponding linens and terry being purchased.
● The chemicals recommended, along with their concentrations, are based on the various textiles being laundered, as well as the equipment and water chemistry of the property.

From hangers to clock radios, the HPS Procurement Room OSE Program provides members with access to a variety of products from basic to chic at highly leveraged pricing.

In-Room Textile
HPS Procurement members have access to one of the strongest textile programs in the industry. With textile pricing that has been negotiated beyond the distributor back to the product manufacturer, HPS members are able to purchase their textile product at best-in-nation pricing. Additionally, the HPS Textile Program provides members with the ability to design and purchase custom product specific to their property, as well as for use in retail venues.
● Custom terry and linen is available through the program for those properties that desire a truly unique product.
● All Textile purchases over $5,000 fall under the Textile Capital Expenditure Program. All such purchases will be priced based on a formula tied to product cost, distribution and the order size.
● All Textile Capital Expenditure purchases contain the HPS 2% Guarantee that ensures HPS negotiated pricing will be at least 2% stronger than any other competitor on exact specification product.

The HPS Procurement Vacuum Program provides members with access to vacuums in various quality tiers at highly leveraged pricing. Additionally, HPS has negotiated warranties and guarantees to make sure that our members get as much life out of each vacuum as possible, lowering the total cost of ownership.

Pest & Bed Bug
Nothing is as damaging to your property's reputation than a bed bug or pest control issue. HPS's Pest & Bed Bug Program is designed to not only provide best-in-nation pricing on these services, but also to standardize treatment behind industry best practices and ensure 24 hour emergency service turn-around.
● Guaranteed 15% savings for most hotel properties over pre-HPS program.
● Supplier Service Guarantee includes reimbursement for 1 night's stay or meal plus an additional 1 night's stay or meal for any rodent sighting by a property guest.
● 90 day guarantee ensuring that Supplier will retreat any area within 90 days should a pest control issue develop or continue.
● The HPS Bed Bug solution ensures a 24 hour turnaround on any bed bug infestation, along with significant guarantees to ensure the problem is resolved.
● Properties can choose either a 1/6 or 1/12 rotation. Visits happen bi-weekly, with common areas treated during each service visit.
Quality Assurance & Safety
HPS Pest & Bed Bug Program is monitored by an independent third-party that audits chemicals used, concentrations, equipment and service rotations/frequency at a random group of HPS properties.
