Food Buyers Network is committed to improving the hospitality industry by offering free content and advice to operators around the country. Further, Food Buyers Network recognizes the importance of state restaurant associations in advancing the interests of the hospitality industry. Because of this, Food Buyers Network offers all state restaurant associations free access to our "Ask the Experts" program. This program provides the following benefits:

  • Food Buyers Network provides an HTML widget that can be loaded right into the state restaurant association website. This widget includes both a graphic and form for submitting questions. Each restaurant association can decide if they want to limit program access to only their association members by simply loading the "Ask the Experts" widget on a members-only, restricted page. An example of the widget is below.
  • This program is branded separately for each state restaurant association so participants recognize that this service is a value of their association membership.
  • The "Ask the Experts" service is available twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. Once a question is submitted, your members will receive a response from one of our experts within 1 business day.
  • The Food Buyers Network team has experts in all areas of food & beverage management, providing a wealth of resources to your restaurant association members.
  • This service is not available anywhere else--making it exclusive to each state association.
  • As the goal of this program is to support the growth of the hospitality industry, this service is provided to state restaurant associations free of charge.

State Association "Ask the Experts" Program Registration

By registering for the Food Buyers Network "Ask the Experts" program, Food Buyers Network agrees to provide above listed state restaurant association with html code for the "Ask the Experts" form that can be placed on, and only on, the website address listed above. Food Buyers Network agrees to respond to all questions submitted via the online form within twenty four business hours. All form submissions will automatically be copied to the email address listed above in the contact information. Further, Food Buyers Network will copy all our submission replies to this email address, as well. All information provided through "Ask the Experts" is intended to be general and educational, and not meant to be used for making legal or investment decisions. Whenever possible, Food Buyers Network will try to promote other affiliate membership partners of the state restaurant association listed above in our responses, provided that a list of such partners is provided to Food Buyers Network by the state restaurant association.

Food Buyers Network agrees to provide these services without charge, provided that the state restaurant association agrees to provide membership services to Food Buyers Network in consideration for this service. Specifically, the state restaurant association listed above agrees to include Food Buyers Network in their lowest level affiliate membership program. Further, the state restaurant association listed above agrees to list Food Buyers Network in all membership directories and promotions displayed on the state restaurant association webiste, or in distribution mailings to association members. Finally, the state restaurant association listed above will provide Food Buyers Network with their logo so that it can be placed on the Food Buyers Network partner page of our website.

This agreement can be terminated at any time by either party by providing written notice to the other party.
