Hospitality Purchasing Specialists (HPS) is committed to protecting your privacy.   The following explains our policies as of April 23, 2021 as they relate to dissemination and sharing of information.  HPS reserves the right to modify this policy at anytime, so it is recommended that you review this information regularly.

This is meant to be a general statement regarding our policies and any terms or conditions expressly stated in other agreements between HPS and suppliers, potential members or members shall take precedence over this statement.

Visitors are welcome to visit public pages of our website without telling us who you are or providing personal information.   HPS does not directly collect any personal information from users browsing the website, though third-party browsers may collect such information, depending on user settings.   HPS does collect and analyze aggregate data for marketing purposes, but this does not include any personally identifying information.  Most of the information collected by HPS is used only to help us better serve our customers and suppliers.   As is common practice in the industry, HPS utilizes "cookie" technology.  These cookies provide information such as whether a user has visited the site previously and what pages were viewed.
