HPS Administrative Programs
While not the most glamorous component of running an elite lodging property, administrative expenses can ultimately limit a property's ability to invest resources in improving the guest experience. In fact, due to the relative low volume of administrative purchases that properties make, in comparison to national operators, HPS often finds greatly inflated margins and product costs within the administrative supply category for independent, boutique, luxury and resort hospitality operators. Uniforms
